When we started LBS, our dream was to render a flawless education based on moral values, right supervision and care under the guiding light of wisdom. Today, as I see our devoted team working ceaselessly towards the realization of this goal, I am convinced that we will be able to see the fruits of our joint endeavors in the near future. The sole desire behind this dream is to serve the society by providing citizens who recognize the values of fellowship and brotherhood and have a strong urge to make their mark on their world by effecting positive change.
It is my total belief that if our efforts are in the right direction, the fruits thereof are bound to follow. Thus, we always strive to provide all our branches with latest infrastructure and teaching aids to keep pace with the changing world. My second major initiative has been to maintain co-operation with our cherished parent community. This collaboration enables us to make our students worthy enough to channelize their energies so that they gain confidence to take on bigger challenges, realize the importance of hard work and know how to deal wisely with praise and fame.
I have resolved that I shall continue my efforts to provide a coaching of high order in the field of education and further our reputation of handling students with maturity, reverence and involvement. Hope to seek your support for the attainment of my goal.

There is no denying the fact that from the birth of this school until now, my aim has been to develop self-confidence and good conduct in our students. Before 1998 when we started with the first branch, I firmly believed in an economic principle called the Pareto’s Rule which states that 20% of the effort creates 80% of the result. However, when I decided to join LBS as the Principal and the Director, I was prepared that many of my beliefs will be challenged while working with young minds that are unique in their talents, upbringings and motivation. LBS in that sense, has been a steep learning curve. It has taught me that nothing less than ceaseless, relentless attention and work will help me attain my dream: of providing the best for our children. I now understand that no rule or law could possibly serve as guiding principle for bringing out the best in the students and there is a need of a high level of personalization in every aspect of student’s school experience. With an aim to develop lifelong learners and contributing members to society, we have developed an adaptive culture in the schools and trained a team which believes in nothing less than the best quality education. The highly dedicated and professionally qualified staff with the ability to handle children with maturity and reverence has always brought laurels to LBS. I am sure that our students will always receive the magical doses of self-confidence, humility and learn how to develop a keen understanding of the world they are in.
